Corrupted Previews>files won't open but will in ACR

Hi For some unknown reason (unknown to me anyway). From a folder of p45 images hlf of them show up wrongly orientated & very very pixelated. They have been worked in the past on C1 3.7.9. However, they open up perfectly in ACR .... Hmmmmmmm!

I've rebooted C4.5.2. Thrown away all the C4 folders inc. the Col file. Rebooted & started again - still corrupted. But, they still open in Adobe & show up in Bridge correctly orientated. As a further precaution I've dumped all the .xmp related files from Bridge as well & still C4 is messed up.

Any ideas out there?

  David,
  I would suggest that you create a case and submit a RAW file. We at customer support can get a better idea of what the problem is that way but since Adobe reads/handles our files very differently its a safe bet that there is some form of corruption or distortion in the RAW file, if Capture One shows an error then there likely is. However, an example RAW file would better help us understand the issue.
