"This Collection Is Empty"

Hi,
I'm hoping that someone can help me. I just downloaded the 30 day trial version of Pro 3.7.3. No matter what I do I can't pull up any images in Capture One. I have Imported files from my card reader two times and i keep getting \"This collection is empty\". I tried using the file browser to locate some files that are on my computer and get the same message. I have no problem opening them in other programs.
Any suggestions?

  Hi,
  
  please check the following:
  
  1. You can only open raw-files in Capture One, JPEGs can be displayed, TIFFs you cannot see
  
  2. Please check the list of supported raw-files at: http://www.phaseone.com/Content/Softwar ... pport.aspx
  
  3. Capture One displays the content of the current folder, you need to open subfolders separately
