Batch renaming in LE for Mac?

Can someone tell me if the LE version for Mac contains a batch remane function like the PRO version for Windows?

Because the LE version for Mac loses the settings if the files are renamed outside of CaptureOne (the setting file is linked to the file name rather than EXIF data), it's important to be able to rename from within CaptureOne LE for Mac so that the settings are not lost.

Any help in batch renaming the files so that the CaptureOne settings are not lost would be very much appreciated.

  Anyone? This was an acknowledged bug about a year ago. Any fix? Any work around?

  I will ask but Idon't think it is a bug. I just don't think it is included as part of the feature set of LE.
