Help! Can't process.
Been using Capture One for years - All of a sudden when I click the process button I just get the yellow cogs and files will not process - when I try to Enable Queue I get an error msg - Cannot write processed image. The output folder does not exist. The batch queue has been stopped. [/b] Any ideas would be very much appreciated.

which version of Capture One are you using? 0 -
Capture One Pro 3.7.4
It's running OK on my MacBook - and I've reinstalled, but will still not process.

Had you try creating a new session prior to reinstalling?
I, once or twice, had the same issue, C1Pro was unable to either capture or process files because the destination folder did not exist....
the folder was there... I simply created a new session and everything was fine

Please explain how you fixed the processing. I am having trouble now with the same thing. I did a new session and the same thing happened. No Processing. This new 3.7.4 is very unstable on my machine. G5 dual 10.4.2 could it be the operating system? 0 -

I'm running 10.4.7 with C1Pro 3.7.4
maybe the disk permissions needs to be checked, maybe 10.4.2 has bugs, maybe your 3.7.4 install is corrupted...
because when you create a new session, C1Pro will automatically create all the required folders to capture/trash/process
try creating the new session at your HDD root and not in the default location

I deleted all my batch queue, then tick enable batch queue - which I could not do before, and then everthing worked fine. I have know idea why, must have been something corrupt in the queue. 0 -

Yes - this is exactly why ... a corrupt file in Batch Queue usually happens with 16-bit TIFFs
When Processing Fails, the solutions are often the following:
1 > Enable Queue is not checked
2 > Launch while holding down the SHIFT key which will disable the Batch Queue.
Then remove the last item in the Queue which usually is corrupted
Restart and then processing will continue.
3 > Quit C1.
Open the Home Account folder located in the Users folder and navigate to Library/Application Support/Phase One
In version 3.6+ the folder is called Batch Queue.
Open folder and move all files to Trash folder.
Restart Capture One.
3a > If it does not restart as expected, close program and navigate back to the Batch Queue folder as above and move the entire folder to the Trash. Restart the software again. It should work properly now.
