C1_v8.0.1 small annoying bug
Hello there,
Just wanted to notice that, as a digitech, I encounter problems when putting an image as a reference.
No big deal, but when you choose a reference and compare with another image, if you select your reference, which goes as a reference on the left of the window, let's say you want to copy your settings by first selecting the image on your left (click in the preview window to the image reference), then the image on your right, the one that you want to compare, this right one disappears. It didn't do this before.
So if I want to work on the settings on one or the other, I now must select them both, using shift or command buttons, can't do it in the comparing mode...
Anyone else noticed that?
Thanks,
Baptiste

Sorry... trying to understand this workflow but having trouble getting it down.
You select a Compare Variant and hit "return". Now an image is 'fixed' to the Viewer on the Left.
You then select another image to compare to. This is now on the Right.
You then go back to the first image (Left) and Copy Adjustments, the Image to the right SHOULD disappear as it is no longer the selected Compare Variant.
You then select the image originally shown on the Right, and apply adjustments.
This seems to be the correct and intended workflow. Please let me know what I've missed.0 -
Thanks Drew for your reply.
This is maybe my mistake, but the workflow you described is right, this is exactly what I do but am pretty sure that before (with C1_6 or C1_7, you wouldn't have this other image disappearing. Because I select it in the preview window, I don't deselect in the browser, my image on the right is still selected in the browser...
So I don't get why the picture is disappearing on the right if I am working something on my reference...0 -
I just checked with a version of Capture One 7, and I think that yes, it is not the same thing in Capture One 8 now.
Same manipulation does not lead to the same result.0
