C1 8.3 Bug in Keystone Vertical and Horizontal tool

CAPTURE NIKON D700

this is a failure or Bug in C1 8.3 that i found.
The Keystone Vertical and Keystone Horizontal tools are working upside down wen rotating a image 🤭
