Which Files to delete for space and/or to make run quicker
Doug Sperling made mention once during a conversation about which files were needed to retain the important info for the session such as the captures, the session file, etc. and some that we could safely delete that would regenerate again if we are wanting to gain some space back. I am not sure if they were the image settings folder, previews, thumbnails, etc. or some sort of cache you could clean up that I may not be aware of. If you have any ideas on how to safely gain space without ruining the integrity of the actual session it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

atort13,
It is the Image Settings folder that contains the .plist files.
These files contain all the image adjustment data.
So you can safely remove the Thumbnails and Previews and archive the RAWs with the ImageSettings folder. When you need to reload this session, the Thumbnails and Preview will rebuild and replacing the .plist files/ImageSettings folder they will take on the correct adjustments.
