Saving image session settings

I would like to save and archive the image processing settings I have used in a settings. How?

My workflow is such that after processing a session I move all processed files (tiffs) to a catalogue folder on a file server. I cannot store the session in the same place.

However, I would like to save and archive the image processing settings in the session for possible future use. What do I need to save?

I have a normal setup with
-Session
--Capture
---CaptureOne
----Cache
-----Proxies
----Settings70
--Output
--Selects
--Trash
(simplified)

Is it the files in Settings70 that define the processing rules for each image, .cos and .comask files?

Can I safely remove the .cop and .cof files that are in the Cache/Proxies folder? (they take up quite some space)

  Yes, the Settings70 folder contains your adjustments in files and it is advised to keep it (the folder)/those (the adjustments files).
  Yes, the Cache/Proxies folder contains static files which are generated in case missing; you can safely delete them when you're done with the images and like to archive them.
