Upgraded to 9 PhotoshopElements does not work

I installed the Phase One 9.0 release.
After this installation, software PhotoshopElements 13 or 14 no longer works.
Do you have an answer for this problem.

Installing Capture One 9 (or any Capture One for that matter), will not break other software.

Please contact our Support Team, and they can investigate further.
