Motherboard upgrade: Will I have an activation issue?

    You can deactivate before you swap motherboard to prevent any problems.

    Since Phase One allows you to manage activation (and deactivation) from their web site, you can always solve any problem afterwards. Regarding activations, it is the most user-friendly company I have seen in the business.

    I ended up risking it (translation, I forgot) and the software started up with no problem... so I'm assuming everything went well.

    Now running a much faster dual core. We'll see if it improves or hinders my processing times.
