Email Trouble

My e-mail program, Apple Mail (10.4) can not read the newsletters that Phase One sends. I just thought you should know.

  I'll pass this on to Marketing. I know they have reformatted the newsletter to be compatible with more programs but it appears they may still be some issues.

  F-Secure Anti-Virus Client Security 5.55 SR-1 is killing the Phase One newsletter.
  
  The software is alarming for a virus (sorry, have no note of which one) and reduce the letter to a number of loose files.
  
  It has been like that for about a year since I installed the F-Secure software, sad, because I really want the newsletters.
  
  It's the only newsletter I recieve which every time (always!) is conflicting with the F-Secure software.
  
  I don't want to fiddle with the settings of the anti-virus-software. I think there is something funny in the code of your letter (I'm sure it's no virus, but something else).
  
  I'm sure the F-Secure people in Finland would be happy to look into the problem, they are very helpful.
