Raw support for Samsung NX500

I have already opened 2 support cases for this, but it would great to have raw support for this little, but high impact 28Mpix camera. Seems like the Sony is getting all the attention 😉

  You could be waiting a long time as CaptureOne is commonly the last software to support a new camera. This is the one area I've been hoping they would improve for the past couple years. I don't accept the excuse they take more time to ensure the camera support is good. I know that adding support for some cameras (e.g. when they already support another camera of the same brand and sensor) takes very little effort. Unfortunately this just seems to be a low priority for them.
  
  You can submit support requests, but I'm not sure if that really helps. They will get to it when they get to it. If you are an early gear adopter like me, then you will find yourself using some other product to process your raw files during the months it takes C1 to add support. Eventually, you will decide not to upgrade to the next version of an application that you rarely use.

  I very much agree with you. I've submitted 2 support cases in order to get there attention. The camera has been available on the marked for ½ year. It has the same 28Mpix sensor as the Samsung NX1, its quite a cool camera.
  
  Maybe I have to wait until next year? (after I've paid for another upgrade)
  
  
  Lightroom supported the camera from the time it was released.
