Web Contact Sheet

Hi,

Hope someone can assist, i have tried to create a web contact sheet in 4.6 but it causes 4.6 to crash - asking me to submit a report. Is there a way to resolve this problem. everything else seems to be working well.

  Hi,
  
  I had a problem with the web contact sheet too... And the solution for me was:
  
  Uninstall the sofware. Remember to manually delete the Capture One folder which is located in C:\........My Pictures folder !
  
  Install the sofware again...
  
  Hope this works for you...for me it did. Everything works like a charm again 😄

  My solution worked fine with windows 7 beta that I was using...but now that I restored my win xp, I´ve got the same problem.
  
  Made a support case...so let´s wait what the guys of PO find out 😎

  Uninstalled the sofware...deleted the capture on library folder from c:...used ccleaner to clean registry...and finally, just to be sure, started regedit and manually deleted everything that refered to capture one or phase one...
  
  Then reinstall...
  
  And vóila...that did it !
