Capture One iPad Pro
Hey guys, I absolutely love Capture One. I use it in conjunction with Affinity Photo to edit all my portraits/headshots. I don't think I can live without the color balance tool...so good. With Affinity Photo coming to the iPad soon, I was wondering if you guys had any plans to make a version for the iPad Pro. I really do think that with your software and a real version of Photoshop on the iPad Pro, photographers wouldn't need to take their laptops anymore. Thanks in advance and keep up the great work. #lumacurverules

This is a user-to-user forum - and as with nearly every software developer ever, Phase One is not prone to discussing future plans until they are basically already hatched - so don't expect an official response.
That said - I wouldn't hold your breath.
The amount of processing power required to render previews during a tethered session is immense, the drive space required for most of us is nowhere near what's available on any iPad, the communication protocols required for talking directly between an iPad and a camera system are extremely limited (by apple), and the entire OS is sandboxed in a way that makes developing this kind of software difficult.
It's not impossible, but I'd rate it as being highly unlikely because even an iPad pro doesn't have the power to do this in a good/fast way - and even if the power was there, the apple development requirements are pretty stringent.0
