Captur One 5.1.2 did work for only 1 day

❓ Although I have a valid registration Code for a legally purchased Capture One 5.1.2 the program worked only for 1 day on my Winows XP PC. ❓

I tried a lot:
Desinstall the program and reinstall from DVD
Desinstall the program and reinstall from Website
Delete all Capture One folders and reinstall prigrm
Delete all registry entries named "phase" or "capture" or "c1" and reinstalled program

Did not fix the problem at all.

Captur One start, hang around for a while, and than error message pops up ("Ein unbekannter Fehler ist aufgetreten, Die Anwendung konnte keine Information zum Fehler sammeln"): an unknown error occurres, the application could not collect information about this error.

What can I do?

  First check: your .NET Framework installation

  and
  http://www.phaseone.com/search/article. ... nguageid=1
  
  For CO 5 you need .NET Framework up to 3.5 SP1.

  I'm having the same problem, but on Win 7 x64.
  How can I fix it?
  I did also the same as Joachimeh.
  No success with reinstalled .NET for Win 7.
