C1 only exports 1 picture

I have the newest version of C1 (11.3.1.6) and I have no idea why C1 is behaving like this: since today (and I have no idea what I could have changed) every time I export for example all pictures from a catalog, C1 exports only the picture which has the thicker white border (although all pictures are selected and have a white border too, but their border is thinner).

It affects also older catalogs.

Do you have any idea?

  You most likely switch off 'Edit Selected Variants'. (The icon with 3 overlapping rectangles in the icon bar, 'Edit' menu, or <SHIFT> + <CMD> +'E')
