    Skip the registered product field when logging a support case. It is for Phase One hardware.

    Hi to both Pauls,
    Fortunately the Support Team picked up on my problems via this Forum and are now trying to sort them out.
    So my difficulties were not about the quality of support just my own inability to get past the first page design of the form.
    Now that that I am in touch with them I am impressed with their diligent efforts to resolve my problem getting the program to run.
