Capture One LE QUestions?

Just shot a large project with a Cannon Mark II, and all the images are raw, I want to show the client small jpegs, or html contacts, but the I cannot processes real small jpegs and could not find any help on html contacts which LE is supposed to be able to do. Please help!

  Go to the Collection > QuickProof and a window will display for you to create proofs. The QuickProof algorithm is built for Speed and is different from the Process algorithm which is built for Quality.
  
  You will see at this window you have full control over the size and quality of images produced and can create an HTML document as well.
