Which Metadata option for exporting original from Aperture?

When Exporting a single Original (never edited) CR2 file from Aperture 3.6 to my Desktop there are 3 Metadata options :

1) - Don't include IPTC

2) - Include IPTC

3) - Create IPTC4XMP Sidecar File

As I have no idea what 'IPTC' etc is, which option is best to later Import into CO8, please?

And instead of later finding and importing the file from within CO8, is there any disadvantage in exporting the file from Aperture directly to the Capture folder of an existing CO8 Session?

    option 3

    then CO will read the xmp sidecar and keep ratings and keywords etc.

    I don't use sessions so I'm not sure about the second question, I assume if the session can "refresh" then it should be ok.

    As I don't want to keep my ratings and never use keywords, does that mean I should select option 2 ?

    If you want a clean raw file from Aperture as it comes out of the camera, Don't include IPTC.

    EXIF data is in the raw file when it comes out the Camera. IPTC data is something you add to the file in Aperture.

    ....A clean RAW file as it came out of the camera is exactly what I want so that CO8 can work its own RAW converter magic. So option 1.
