Heeeeelp!!!! 4.5.2 will not start.

I'm now facing a serious problem as 4.5.2 will not start. It always hang on start-up after it crashed and need to be force quitted on every attempt. Re-installing doesn't resolve it. Re-store from Time Machine backup doesn't resolve it. Re-storing to previous versions doesn't. Dumping pref files doesn't resolve it.

I've tried in every way to make this program work for me, one way or another for it's good points where it outpowers other software.

However, the way things are at the moment we have entered sillystate a long time ago.

This "hundreds of Euro miracle program" is not only causing me trouble and loss of time. It is also causing loss of money on top of the cost of the program itself.

I seriously hope one or other in Phase One can throw the red nose and funny hat in the bin and help sort this problem out before I get off my f...... rocker!

The way I see it, things are now in such a state that trying it out in a court of law would be very tempting.

  Best advise I can give you now is to remove the Capture One*.col files from the Pictures / Capture One Library and the com.phaseone.captureone.plist file from the ~ / Library / Preferences folder and start CO 4 again.
  I that does not work, best to open a support case on the Phase One web site.
