Not importing all the files in the SD Card

Have anyone else had this problem with Capture One 11?
It happened to me twice, with two different shoots I tried to import straight from the SD card. When I select import all the files from the SD card it stops randomly importing them. If I delete the ones imported, then the importer can find the other ones. It never happened to me before in capture one 10. I can see and access all the files in the browser without issues.
So weird...
