Spot removal tool + saving files - spots still apear
Dear friends,
whenever I use the spot removal tool on skin of a portrait and I save that file, the spots seem to appear on the saved file as grey spots. Not as clear skin, as the preview shows in Capture One 11.
File format was tested, this happens troughout jped, tiff, different size etc. I also restarted Capture One Pro 11, did all updates etc.
Have you guys any idea, why the engine doesn't seem to work properly on the spots with my version? The preview looks perfect, but not the saved file :/

When you say you saved the file do you mean that you processed it to produce output of some kind like a JPG or TIFF file?

Best option here is to create a tech support case (via the link in my profile) and send us your log files, which can be generated via the Scripts > Get Logs option. 0
