How do I de-activate or transfer activation to another PC
I'm about to switch to a new PC and trahs the one I'm using. Could someone please tell me how do I de-activate C1 Pro from this old machine. In PS CS3 it is so simple but I could not find something similar on C1Pro that allows me to de-activate. Please help.

You cannot transfer license via the software.
All considerations must be done through a support case .
Please contact support via www.phaseone.com , navigate to support and create a support case, include your product key.

My HDD crashed a few days ago. I have an Extreme III license. If I understands this correct, I have to create a support case, in order to get my PhaseOne up and running again?

Hi Thomas,
If you have open activations remaining then you can simply activate and be on your way. However if you have used all of your activations already then you will need to create a support case and have your activation reset.0
