Query on v5 upgrade / activation

I've upgraded to v5 on my iMac with no problem at all so far. I've just logged in to my account though and notice the following:-

Free upgrades left: 2
Activations left: 0

I had one activation I believe before today. Does this mean I wont be able to upgrade on my second machine and wont be able to apply any of the future free upgrades I have?

  Try to activate on second computer. If not successful deactivate the license from the web site. This will give you 2 new activations and deactivate all installations. Then activate both computers.

  Login on Phase One site (My Account, on top). Next go to License Management. Here you can review your free activations and deactivated all activations for a specific license. You can activate CO on as many machines as you have activations left.
