Catalog deleted images not showing in trash

I'm deleting images from projects, but they are not showing up in the catalog trash, so I can't actually delete them from the catalog.

So my disk is full and I can't free up space to continue using the library I'm working on.
What gives?

  Where do you store those images?
  
  I think you have to scroll down in the library till you see your disk, select the Folder and delete from there.
  Thats my solution.. but I'd love to be able to delete the pictures from Albums / projects directly..

  You can, AFAIK. At least with version 10.1 and later.
