Hardware Acceleration Issue
I have a 2016 MacBookPro and a 2017 most recent iMac both running Sierra 10.12.5.
Hardware Acceleration is set to Auto for both Display and Processing. Drawing a mask on a layer works fine on my MacBookPro but drawing a mask on my iMac is extremely sluggish. If I set Hardware Acceleration to never for Display only on my iMac then drawing a mask works fine. Is this an issue or is this normal behavior?

Hi,
It could be normal, as depending upon the GPU you have on each of your computers, and more specifically on your iMac.0 -
My iMac GPU is a Radeon Pro 580 8192 MB. 0 -

CO has problem with 5K screens I guess, as it has problem with late 2015 iMac as well. They were saying the GPU wasnt enough but this just proves that it is not a GPU ossue as you have twice more memory and at least 50% more processing power than mine.0
