Close all hierarchical filter values back to top level

In the case of the Keywords and Date filters applied to All Images I end up with a mess of things open like

Birds
- Blackbird
- Bluetit
...
Cars
- Ford
- Anglia
- Escort
- Morris
...

- you get the picture I hope

Is there a way to close all below the top level so the filter just shows years of top-level keywords. A lot easier to navigate. If not am I alone or is there support for the feature?

  I don't think there is such a feature. Good idea, though. My keywords are a bit like that (without the cars!).
