Suddenly thumbnail previews look like grey snow on a fuzzy tv. Any ideas? Im at a loss. It seems its just the preview that is affected. if the image is processed it looks fine.

  Probably a bad monitor profile.... If you are using Pro you can try changing the proof profile as well.
