Phase One website problem
I know this is not the right spot to whine about web errors but for the last 3 weeks I have been unable to log into Phase One to open a ticket. Server error in '/' application keeps me out. I attempted to upgrade from Capture One 5.x to PRO and got the same thing. Consequently, I could not upgrade in the time frame advertised. Still haven't ...I cannot seem to find a way to get Phase One's attention ....Very Frustrated...

Please delete your Browser Cookies for Phase One. Once you restart the Web Browser all should be working correctly. 0 -
