Additional installation of C1-DR

I am one of the early users of C1-DR and still use it every day.

Recently, I replaced my notebook (the second one) and desktop computers. When I was trying to install my C1-DR software, I encountered an error of \"exceeding the product limit\". It will not allow me to install any more copies!

When I ordered the software, it was promised to be supported forever (even though Phase One will not be updated it anymore). Currently, the software is my workhorse for converting the raw files from Canon DR. I need to install it to my future computers. Is there a way to transfer my usage number from the retired computers (and thus use it on the new computer)? Or can I have the limit removed? Or can I get a new product key that works?

Please help!

  Please go to http://support.phaseone.com/
  and Create a Support Case
  
  In the Case text, include your Profile email and your Product Key.
