Catalogs & Folders: Import and Export

Question:

Can I import or merge Catalogs?
or can I export a folder or group of images as Catalogs?

I am used from both Aperture and LR to do so and I cant find the equivalent option on C1

  Both questions answer's is no. This is (currently) not possible. Catalog features will (according to my expectation) added but the 'when' and 'what' are unknown.
  
  Note that importing sessions became available recently as a new Catalog feature.

  Fortunately the good thing is that one can export pictures with all metadata and adjustments and then import them in a different catalog, its a two step process but it works 😄
