Can't find Workspace and Shortcut files

I have C1 on my PC and Laptop. I have done all the customization on the PC and now want to replace the files on the laptop with the customized ones however I don't know were they are located. I'm looking for workspace and shortcut files.

  Search your system for the name you gave to your custom Keyboard Shortcuts. It will have been saved as an xml file.
  
  From that folder go up one level and you will be in the section of the AppData folder system that contains all of the CaptureOne user generated and related information including the Workspaces.
  
  Always useful for future reference so worth bookmarking perhaps.
