Does C1 pro work on intel core duo

I would like to buy a new MacBook Pro15" and i would like to know if C1 pro will work on it

  from the C1Pro 3.7.4 release notes:

  • From 3.7.4 and onwards Capture One on the Mac platform will be a Universal application designed to run natively on both Intel and PowerPC-based Mac computers

  works perfectly for me...i have had a couple of firewire errors when shooting tethered with my phase back, but nothing major...i guess there are some issues with usb canon tethered? anyway, processing is so much faster...i would say about 10times? really flies now...
