Portrait images process with black lines
Hi
I'm new to the forum so please excuse this post if this topic has been dealt with on an existing thread.
I use C1 Pro with Windows XP and a Canon 1ds. Portrait images that look fine in RAW format are being processed with a series of black horizontal lines at the bottom of the image and the portrait image is swivelled through 90 degrees and cramped into the top half of the frame. Landscape images process as normal with rotate and crop functions working properly.
Any suggestions?
Thanks

Hello -
I'm having a similar problem with portrait images with a 5D and 10D. Have you been able to find out anything about this issue?
Steve Lefkovits0 -
Adam Coupe,
This is a Reported Bug for Windows version and the Canon 1 Ds MkII.
When you use the Arbitrary Rotation tool and Crop tool - the result is way wrong. Developers are working on this issue and hope to have it resolved in next release.
In the meantime, don't use Arbitrary Rotation, if you need 90 rotation, use the tools available of 90 CW or 90 CCW and this will not happen.
Crop should work fine as well.
Steve Lefkovits
This is Not the issue with 10D or 5D image files, so there is something else going on here. We are testing and will respond to your Case very soon.
Sincerely,
k c0
