Adding a keyline in Capture One Pro 12

I like to add a 1 pixel keyline round the edge of finished images, and have been taking the images into Photoshop to do this and the printing. Is there a way to add a keyline in Capture One to save the Photoshop step, or is PS a better option for printing to a Canon Pixma Pro 100S anyway?
