Changing default Values

Hi,
I know this is probably right in front of my eyes, but...

I would like to change the Levels settings to set my own default, as in Photoshop...

For example,
Instead of having the levels/curves default from 0 (black) to 255 (pure white), I would like to set black to 15, and white to 235 and ALWAYS have these values everytime Capture launches...

Where is this setting located?
