Output producing niosy abborations
Here is the image quality it is producing.

I have restarted software, computer. Doesn't matter if it is a jpeg or tiff. Deleted recipes and reinstalled them.

As a test you could try turning off Hardware Accleration in the Preferences to see if that makes a difference.
Assuming your machine has a GPU card installed there may be some sort of compatibility issue with the card or perhaps the driver for the card.
Changing the preference will in part test for that possibility.
Then create a Support Case with your findings so that the Support Team can offer advice on a way forward.

GPU Shouldn't be an issue. Doesn't do it with every session. Reimported the raw files and it didn't happen again, seems to just happen when upgrading sessions from older versions of COP.
It has happen at least 12 times since upgrading to the new version.

Try switching OpenCL off nevertheless. I found that OpenCL errors can happen randomly as well as image dependent.
How does it look in recipe proffing?
