Copy & Apply Adjustments Not Working??

I don't know what I did or what happened? All of the sudden, I'll COPY adjustments, but I can't APPLY them.

What I noticed is that if I use the drop down menu under ADJUSTMENTS > APPLY ADJUSTMENTS it doesn't do anything. I have in fact changed many aspects to the original, but it's not applying it.

It WILL apply it to ONE photo. But if I have more than one photo selected, it will do nothing.

ANy ideas?

  Can you tell I have 3000 files in the processing cue 🙄

  MAke sure the squares on the right of this screen cap is orange and not grey. Its the Edit Primary button if its grey it will only edit the primary selected file
