Organising & Viewing Sub-Folders
Hello,
For example i have the following structure:
Root Folder
- Holidays
-- India
--- 2015
---- 150101
---- 150102
---- 150103
---- 150104
Let's think that i have over 30-day sub-folders. Now if i select one date (for example: 150103), i can ONLY see images from the selected date NOT from the top folder (2015 or India).
I wonder why this can't be done, a workaround would be to create smart albums, but if i have to select every image in about 90+ folders to add them into a smart folder this could be very frustrating. The faster way can be to add keywords before and use the "search criteria" rule in the create smart albums dialog.
Any suggestion or tips? Thanks for helping 😊 I think many people organise various things in more than one sub-folder, or am i wrong?
Create dynamic locations in catalogs is also suggested in the official help section:
