    lzolla,

If you need B&W RGB then No, you cannot produce color and B&W at the same time.

An option for some is to process with the Generic Grayscale set at Color Management workflow: at the Process tab.
Or in Color Mangement set the Proof or Web destinations to be
Phase One Gray Profile 1.8 or Phase One Gray Profile 2.2

💡 IF you are printing these selected images in B&W only and not color, then you could establish a subfolder in the Session, set it as the Move To folder and send these images there.
    >Select Thumbnail and hit Backspace to move OR Right Clik and select Move to
Once color images have been processed, you can go into this B&W folder and set profile, adjust and process separately.

    Hope this helps.
    Regards,

If you're queueing the images to print as you go along, as opposed to waiting and queueing them all at once, then it's not really as cumbersome as you make it sound. You just leave the Color Mgmt Settings dialog open down in the corner of the screen. Then when you come to an image that you want to make B&W, you simply select the profile from the picklist, queue to process, and carry on.

And if you take the additional step of copying and renaming your most used profiles so that they appear at the top of the picklist, it's even more quickly and easily done.
