Hot Folder not working
I have set up a "hot folder" on my desktop of my mac and am successfully getting images placed into it from my X-T2 via USB cable - so the images are making it to the computer. In Capture One Pro (trial version) I have gone to camera, enabled hot folders, and set the hot folder location to this folder on my desktop. When I take photos - nothing happens. Nothing appears to be automatically imported, the catalog doesn't show any new images etc.
Thoughts?

It might be that the Fuji X-T2 is not supported for tethering. Only Phase One/Mamiya digital backs, and some Canon and Nikon cameras are supported by Capture One for tethering.

Thanks for the response but this is not a tethering issue it is a hot folders issue. If the files appear in the hot folder (which they do), it is my expectation that they would be automatically imported into the catalog. That isn't happening so something else must be afoot. 0 -
So, maybe there ?

Best option here is to open a tech support case with us (via the link in my profile) and send us your log files, which can be generated via Scripts > File Packager. Also send along one of the RAFs you're looking to import as well so we can check for incompatibility. 0 -
Ben - Will, do. Support case coming your way shortly.
I somewhat suspect it's NOT a RAF incompatibility issue since Capture One opens the file manually no problem. (Fuji)
I did notice that when "right clicking" the hot folder from the library, I'm presented a different menu than the one shown in the screen shot of the instructions on how to set up the hot folders. That is now in the camera menu but seems to be gone as an option in the library.

UNLESS of course today it's working perfect.
I went in to set up a clean example to send in for the log files and today it's working fine. Man is it fast! Like the second it's in the folder it's in capture one. Nice job.
Incidentally I noticed quite by accident that the file transfer to my computer was not working today as it was yesterday until I noticed that I was using a different USB cable. Today I grabbed a USB cable marked "B" and it defeated the camera's ability to focus/operate when plugged in. Once I switched back to an unmarked USB cable, everything worked as it did yesterday, transferred the image without issue.
