Viewer images set to "fit" are not detailed
Hi,
I would like to know why my images lack details in the viewer when they are set to "fit".
When I zoom to about 50% they are tack sharp and very detailed, when I go back to "fit" they keep the detail for 1/2 of a second and go back to lacking details.
Is there a way to fix this issue?
I am using this hardware:
i5 3570 @ 4.0ghz
20gb of RAM
Radeon HD6870 1gb
7200 RPM harddrive
Thank you,
Charles

Good question.
In the viewer my images had been sharp and there had been no troubles since January or so. However, Images in the viewer have stopped being sharp and also started looking like a low resolution image viewed at 150% or more.
I disabled OpenCL for 'Display' and all seems to be well.
I don't really want to disable OpenCL, though.
I am not sure what has caused this, either. Unfortunately, I had just done two things right before viewer quality tanked: upgraded to C1 7.1.3 64-bit and upgraded the driver for my Nvidia GTS 450 1GB.
I 'rolled back' the video driver to the previous version. The viewer image is not sharp. So, I presume it has something to do with my C1 upgrade. That is, as long as the 'roll back' procedure actually got rid of all traces of the newly installed video driver...
Oh, I didn't try zooming in with OpenCL enabled so I don't know if that would have worked for me.0
