    Rocky Nook has currently a promotion going, use the codes EBOOKCAP (only EBook), PAPERBACKCAP (only Print) or BUNDLECAP (both) to get the book for $15, $20 or $35 respectively. That's even more than the 40% discount above.

    Well, the mail from Rocky Nook came just two days ago. It will expire on 31st of March but other than that there are no conditions mentioned.

    Did you try the code with all caps?

    That code only applies to the ebook. Did you perchance have the printed version on your order?

    I think there is another code for that option.
