Images imported with "View Only" status
Some images which I import prior to editing come in as "View Only" which prevents any alteration whatsoever. These usually originate as scans of photos but sometimes as screen captures on Windows 10. There doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason for Capture One applying a "View only" status to such images (certainly not a copyright issue). I'm usually forced to shift to another editor to get the job done.
Any suggestions?

In the online help it says It might not be possible to edit files in Capture One if you have JPEGs or TIFFs rendered in CMYK or Grayscale.
There is also a minimum size in pixels. I have not found this stated in the official documentation so I did some experiments which showed that if both sides of a JPEG are 513 pixels or more, the image can be edited in Capture One v9.2. If either side is less than 513 pixels then it was marked as view only.
