Color editor in C1 8 pro, Change hue
Hi all,
question from a newbee: The Change hue slider in the Color editor tooltab accepts values from -20 to 20. This gives me a rather limited range of colors (actually hues) to choose from, although in many cases it may be sufficient to apply only subtle tonal changes. Is there any way/workaround of exchanging, say, a blue screen background for a green one or something like this, or do I have to do that in Photoshop? Does anyone know the technical reason for the limit of Delta 40 in the Color editor?
Thanks a lot in advance,
Thomas

fool proof I guess... Color Editor works with LUT from camera "profile" that is a part of a color transform that C1 does and if you will do some severe changes the resulting LUT might become not very "smooth" -> ugly effects around the affected color range... just my hoi polloi $0.02.
so try PS or things like = http://3dlutcreator.com/0 -
You can 'stack' the hue adjustments in the local adjustment's 'COLOR EDITOR' - 'Advanced' tool tab.
