AptusII new GUI and C1?

Hi, I have an AptusII5, and want to update to the new GUI. I understand that this is done with LC11.5. I am more than happy to do this but was wondering if it will create any issues with C1 as I now use this instead of LC. Not quite as fast as LC yet, but just so many compelling features that LC doesn't really figure in my world any more.

  Hello Jason,
  
  Once you have updated your back, you can carry on using Capture One as normal and it won't "downgrade" the firmware.
  
  We will issue a new version of Capture One soon that will carry the same firmware as Leaf Capture 11.5
