Unable to contact support or activate Capture One 10!
Hello, please help me. I have been a user and license owner of Capture One Pro 8 (for Sony) and Capture One Pro 9 (for Sony). On April 12 2017 I purchased the upgrade to Capture One Pro 10 (for Sony), but I am unable to activate my license.
When I try to activate my license key through the application, I enter my license key from the purchase email, and my email address for the online activation. I have previously created a phase one account with this email address, and it is the same email address I used to purchase the upgrade. When I press "Get Profile", I receive an error saying "Unable to connect to server to lookup profile."
I then went to the phaseone website and tried to login to My Pages account, using my email address. I receive an error there saying "User with provided E-mail does not exist, please create a new profile."
I then went to create new profile, and try to create a new profile with my email address, but I receive an error saying that "User with provided E-mail does not exist, please create a new profile."
I then went to contact support, topic login/account, wrote up this problem description and pressed submit, then received an error saying that the email address in question already has an account so I am unable to submit my support request!
Please help, I am very frustrated!

I'm new to Capture One Pro 10 for Sony & had a similar issue. I followed the manual registration which did work. Just carefully follow the instructions. 0
