No more jpegs and tiffs in browser
Help! All of a sudden CO 6.1.1 does not show jpgs and tiffs any more in the library tool - cannot access the files - what's wrong here? Any idea? Or need for a support case?

Do you have tiff and jpeg browsing/editing turned on in the preferences? 0 -

This setting only affect editing, not browsing. Images should turn up anyway, with or without eye-symbol (meaning read-only, when editing is deselected in preferences).0 -

The library tool should show the folder. The browser is the place to show the contents of that folder. Do you see the folder with tiffs and jpegs?0 -
no, it counts the images left, but does nor show the images right. Sorry for the confusing names - its the brwoser that does not show any more jpgs and tiffs. 0 -

Maybe it is my lack of imagination, but I have a hard time to understand what you try to tell.0 -
Using CO 6.1.1 I see no more jpgs and tiffs in the browser. I only see raw-files. Nothing else. Before I could see all images as preview. So where is the switch to show jpgs and tiffs in the browser again? 0 -
There is no such switch. Jpegs and tiffs should always show. If you used a previous version of CO6 you could reverse the update and see it that makes the difference. Otherwise, I would open a support case. 0 -
So I returned to 6.1, and now everything works fine - except the "usual" "out of memory" breakdowns, esp. when using keystone-correction. 0 -

May I encourage you to report your issue in a support case to Phase One? Such upcoming issues between updates, appearing random, need their attention.0 -
On my Windows XP installation if in the View -> Global Filters tab I have Always Hide JPG and Always Hide Prosessed TIFF checked those file types will not show in the browser. 0 -

Excellent, Luke! So there is a switch (new feature in CO6). Learning on the job. Now wait whether this solves the OP's issue.0
