Dual Monitor

Is it implemented in 4.5 Pro?

Can't find any reference to it in manual or menus.

Is this something else that was promised that is coming soon or is hidden away so we can't find it and complain, like limited batch rename?

  I cannot drag the viewer to the second monitor (Windows XP Pro )
