Capture One 4.5.2 crashes with Canon 1Ds MkII

I can launch Capture One 4.5.2 and view images. When I tether the camera to the laptop and switch the camera on, the program crashes. Is anyone having a similar experience and is there a solution?

  I have the same problem with my D5. Worked for awhile but now ever time I plug in the camera it crashes. Have you an answer? Had to go back to using 3.8.
